KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Collection & Analysis
Support in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing digital, social, e-commerce, and media performance data across platforms (WeChat, RED, Douyin, Tmall, etc.).
Reporting & Dashboards
Build recurring performance dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI or Tableau. Ensure accuracy and clarity for internal and client use.
Campaign Performance Tracking
Monitor campaign KPIs across digital channels. Assist teams in interpreting metrics such as engagement rate, CTR, CPM, ROAS, and follower growth.
Insights & Recommendations
Help transform raw data into actionable insights to guide strategy, content planning, and media optimization.
Tool & Platform Support
Assist in managing data from WeChat backend, RED analytics, Douyin, Tmall, and 3rd-party data tools. Support automation and reporting processes.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with Strategy, Creative, Media, and Account teams to ensure data supports clear storytelling and campaign performance.
Market & Trend Research
Support ad-hoc research projects on competitor benchmarks, consumer trends, and platform innovations across Greater China and Asia.
WHO YOU ARE
• 1–3 years of experience in data analytics or digital marketing (agency or brand side).
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Statistics, Marketing, Business or related fields.
• Strong familiarity with the Chinese digital ecosystem (WeChat, RED, Douyin, Tmall etc).
• Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to explain data simply and clearly.
• Curious, fast learner, and eager to grow in a dynamic and multicultural team.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, and fluency in English is a strong plus.
