KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Leadership
Act as the primary client contact, ensuring strong relationships, clear communication, and strategic alignment.

Strategic Leadership
Lead the development of integrated digital and social media strategies that elevate brand equity and drive measurable business outcomes.

Campaign Oversight
Oversee a portfolio of multiple clients, ensuring creative excellence, flawless execution, and strong ROI across all platforms (WeChat, Weibo, RED, Douyin, etc.).

Team Leadership
Manage and mentor a team of Senior Account Managers and Account Executives, ensuring continuous growth, collaboration, and high performance.

Financial Management
Oversee account budgets, forecasts, and profitability while maintaining efficiency and quality delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Strategy, Creative, and Media teams to ensure cohesive, insight-driven brand experiences.

Performance Analysis & Reporting
Evaluate overall account performance, provide strategic recommendations, and report key business outcomes to clients and leadership.

Market Intelligence
Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, luxury consumer insights, and competitive movements to advise clients proactively.

WHO YOU ARE

• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or client servicing — with proven success managing large-scale luxury, fashion, or lifestyle accounts.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading multi-level teams.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.

• Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and business development mindset.

• Deep understanding of China’s digital ecosystem and the luxury market landscape.

• Confident in data-driven decision-making and performance evaluation.

• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with major social analytics and management tools.
