KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Leadership
Act as the primary client contact, ensuring strong relationships, clear communication, and strategic alignment.

Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute digital and social media strategies tailored to client objectives across platforms (WeChat, Weibo, RED, Douyin, etc.).

Campaign Management
Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring quality delivery, on-time completion, and budget control.

Performance & Reporting
Analyze campaign data, generate actionable insights, and present regular performance reports.

Team Management
Lead and mentor Account Executives and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Problem Solving & Optimization
Address challenges proactively and adapt strategies based on performance data and client feedback.

Market Intelligence
Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, luxury consumer insights, and competitive movements to advise clients proactively.

WHO YOU ARE

• Experience: 3–5 years in digital marketing, social media, or account management within fashion, lifestyle, or premium sectors.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

• Skills: Strong bilingual communication (English & Chinese), data analysis, and presentation skills.

• Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams and multiple projects simultaneously.

• Knowledge: Deep understanding of China’s social media ecosystem and luxury brand landscape.

• Tools: Proficient in MS Office and social media analytics tools.

• Mindset: Strategic, adaptable, and solution-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
