KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Communication
Act as a primary point of contact for clients on day-to-day project matters, ensuring clarity on timelines, deliverables, and expectations.

Campaign Execution
Plan, coordinate, and implement social media and digital marketing campaigns across platforms like WeChat, Weibo, RED, and Douyin.

Performance Monitoring
Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare reports to inform optimization.

Team Coordination
Work closely with Senior Account Managers, Account Executives, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Problem Solving
Address challenges proactively, adapt to client feedback, and ensure campaigns meet objectives and quality standards.

Client Support
Assist in integrating client feedback into campaign strategy and execution to achieve desired outcomes.

WHO YOU ARE

• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or account management, preferably within luxury, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

• Skills: Strong bilingual communication (English & Chinese).

• Leadership: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.

• Knowledge: Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking and reporting.

• Tools: Proficient in MS Office and social media analytics tools.

• Mindset: Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
