KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Support
Assist Account Managers in daily client servicing and social media execution.
Campaign Coordination
Help plan and coordinate digital campaigns across key platforms.
Communication
Liaise directly with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Data Reporting
Collect, analyze, and compile weekly, monthly, and campaign performance reports.
Insight Generation
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations based on performance results.
Adaptability
Respond quickly to shifting client needs and campaign directions.
WHO YOU ARE
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or retail-related campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about fashion, luxury, and premium lifestyle brands.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and data reporting tools.
