KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Support
Assist Account Managers and Senior Executives in daily client communication and project coordination.
Campaign Execution
Help manage the implementation of social media and digital campaigns across major platforms.
Project Coordination
Liaise between internal teams to ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
Data & Reporting
Collect and organize performance data to support regular reporting and campaign reviews.
Insight Support
Contribute to research and performance analysis to inform campaign optimization.
Adaptability
Stay responsive to shifting priorities, client feedback, and evolving campaign needs.
WHO YOU ARE
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or client servicing (internship or agency experience preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Eager to learn, with a collaborative and positive attitude.
• Passionate about fashion, lifestyle, and digital culture.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and familiar with social media platforms and analytics tools.
