Senior Creative Designer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Concept Development
Participate in high-level brainstorming sessions and generate original, sophisticated ideas for digital marketing campaigns.
Design Execution
Lead the production of high-quality visuals across digital platforms, including social media content, campaign KVs, and digital ads.
Creative Collaboration
Work closely with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to ensure design consistency and creative alignment.
Feedback Integration
Receive and apply feedback thoughtfully, refining designs to achieve excellence and innovation.
Trend Research
Stay ahead of digital design trends, technologies, and best practices, sharing insights to inspire the creative team.
Mentorship & Quality
Guide junior designers, maintain brand integrity, and ensure all deliverables meet the highest visual standards.
WHO YOU ARE
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field.
• 5–7 years of creative design experience, with at least 3 years in the fashion or luxury industry and 2 years in a senior role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital work across luxury, fashion, or beauty sectors.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD); experience with After Effects or motion design is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present and refine design concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to make strategic design decisions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
• Adaptive, curious, and passionate about emerging trends, technology, and visual storytelling.
